ZIM warns of longer transit times as travel threats force it to re-route vessels

ZIM Integrated Shipping (NYSE:ZIM) said Monday it is temporarily re-routing some of its vessels to ensure the safety of crews, vessels and cargo amid the threat to safe transit of global trade in the Arabian and Red Seas.

As a result of these measures, ZIM (ZIM) said it anticipates longer transit times in relevant services as a result of the measures, although every effort will be made to minimize disruptions.

ZIM (ZIM) said it is “closely monitoring the situation to address potential risks and ensure the ongoing safety and efficiency of its operations.”
