- Kutcho Copper (TSXV:KC:CA) arranged a non-brokered private placement to raise total proceeds of up to $1M.
- The private placement will consist of 10M units at a price of $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of $1M.
- Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the company and one transferable common share purchase warrant exercisable at a price of $0.20 per common share for a period of 24 months.
- Net proceeds raised from the sale of units will be used to advance the Kutcho Project and for general administrative and working capital expenses.
