Biden kicked off the second leg of his Asia tour in Tokyo after spending two days in South Korea.
Biden mentioned he’s not involved about what North Korea is doing in relation to long-range missile testing whereas he’s visiting the area.
“We’re ready for something North Korea does as a result of we’ve thought by means of how we’d reply to no matter they do and so I’m not involved if that’s what you’re suggesting,” Biden mentioned to reporters.
