Baked BBQ Salmon is so quick and easy. With only two key ingredients and minimal cleanup, this baked salmon recipe makes a stress-free dish for any lunch or weeknight dinner.

Ingredients you need for the BBQ Baked Salmon {10-Minute }

1lb (450g) salmon fillet
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/2 cup chopped cilantro, for serving
1/2 lime, sliced, for serving

Directions

How to make BBQ baked salmon:

1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and place the salmon fillets, skin side down in a baking dish.

2. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then brush with the BBQ sauce. Finish off with a quick drizzle of olive oil on top.

3. Bake the BBQ salmon for 6-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon fillets and your desired doneness. Add 1-2 minutes under the broiler to crisp up the top if you like.

4. Remove the BBQ baked salmon from the oven, and garnish with fresh cilantro, red chili pepper flakes, and a few drops of lime juice. Enjoy! ❤️
